Monday Must Haves #9

Monday, March 30, 2015

Today's MMH was actually finished on MONDAY. I KNOW, I'm slacking. I just had a very fun filled weekend with friends and I honestly could not find the time to sit down and finish.

I'm not a big fan of the Lush bath bombs, but their creams and lotions are perfection!

I had a pair of Cordones a couple years ago and I would wear them nearly every single day. I just love this style best from TOMS.
I love this little pouch so much!

Mushrooms and more mushrooms! <3_<3

Ugh, the obsession I just developed for this curtain rod is unreal.

I've posted Stayhomeclub on here before! For good reason, obviously. ;)
I have a denim jacket that this patch would look great on!
So I was actually supposed to see Paramore in August when they played with Fall Out Boy, and of course, they never played, I would absolutely love tickets to see them in May, its a week after my birthday!

And as always, a perfect vinyl to end the collection.

I hope everyone had a great weekend. I'm drinking plenty of coffee-trying to recover from the lack of sleep I got!

Monday Must Haves #5

Monday, March 2, 2015

For anyone who may not know what Monday Must Haves is, its things I want but don't necessarily need. A place to show you things I find on the internet that I love that maybe you might also enjoy. So here is week 5! Also, first Monday in March!

Fall out boy is my absolute favorite band. I very rarely buy band t's anymore but I enjoyed the print on this one, 10 points if you know why!

I love the simple pattern of this top!

I have owned plenty of high rise, but nothing that fits the figure like these! *insert heart eyes*

Ugh, we don't have any mirrors in the house besides the one above the sink in the restroom, I would love to have one hanging in the living room.

I have a thing for sweaters, and a very specific look I want.

Yes, yes another hat. But how great is it?

Every couple months I have a "thing" and for a few months my thing has been stripes.

We have the oldest light fixtures in our home, I would love to update them to something like this!

Ugh, I own two pairs of these joggers, I would love to add these to my "collection"!

You guys should know by now that I have to add at least 1 record in every MMH. This is my choice this week. I could listen to this soundtrack every single day. Such a perfect combination of every mood.

Monday Must Haves #3

Monday, February 16, 2015

I don't know what is with me lately! I can't get over black & gold or just gold in general!
Home decor has been catching my eye all over the place. If I could redecorate I would have black, white, and gold, with hints of copper!

This watch calls my name every time I pass American Apparel, I just can't bring myself to drop $80 on something I could easily score somewhere for $5. But how beautiful is it?

UGH, this is something I would absolutely love to put above my desk! How stinkin cute are these?

I don't know how long I've actually wanted a bra like this but a while back I stopped wearing push-up bra's and I can't go back.

I really regret not picking this up when I saw it at H&M, I don't usually regret things I leave on the rack, but this one is haunting me.

Okay how perfect would this be for spring?

I've seriously been eying this for a while now. Who wouldn't want a cute little pot to heat milk up in for tea time?

Okay, when I say this is my favorite scent, I mean it. If I could only smell one scent for the rest of my life this would be it.

I've been trying to get our home to not look so "old married couple" like. And I think this would look amazing in our room!

My current boots are falling apart, what better excuse to get some new sturdy boots?

I recently found this insanely cute store and I wish I could get my hands on one of these!

And last but certainly not least, I couldn't make these posts without adding at least one vinyl. This has been one of my most loved albums ever and I would die happy if I could add it to my collection.

Monday Must Haves #2

Monday, February 9, 2015

Hey guys! Second round of Monday must haves.

Okay so this lovely pair of frames is from Polette, a fellow blogger/friend introduced me to this site and it wasn't long before I actually ordered my own pair!
This strap is just too beautiful, and the quality looks amazing!
Sadly, I only have 1 hat, I would absolutely love to add to that!
Okay, so I know technically its still winter, but here in Texas you just never know when you're going to get a 70 degree day haha, I've been loving seeing skirts everywhere.
UGH, if anyone wants to donate a pair of Hellraisers, I am a size 8.
Okay, the nerd in me absolutely cannot get enough of these socks.
Okay, but really, how perfect is this sweater? I've been a fan of Stay
Home Club for a while now.
I am steadily trying to expand my vinyl collection and this is one I desperately need to get my hands on. *insert heart eyes*

Staying cozy for fall.

Sunday, October 19, 2014

This post may not be very long. These are a few things that keep me cozy for fall and ultimately just make me happier around this season.

I really feel like this was such a long process. I have a simple point and shoot camera, or did, I searched everywhere for it and have no idea where it went. So I've had one of my friends come over and take pictures for me. So you can imagine how hard it is to work around natural lighting and our schedules. Which seriously means so much to me since I have no way besides my iPhone to post pictures.

So one of my absolute favorite ways to stay cozy is tea! Preferably spiced black tea. My #1 choice is chai tea, but since I don't have any, Holiday Tea will do just fine. This tea is by Harney & Sons. There's nothing better than snuggling up under a warm blanket waiting for your water to boil so you can steep your teabag. I love adding milk and sugar to my tea.
Another favorite is Earl Gray. I used to work at Barnes & Noble(favorite job ever!) and I can't tell you how many different drink combinations I made. Some were keepers, and others I could live without every trying again. But a little bit of milk and vanilla syrup in Earl Gray sure was yummy and perfect for this weather.
Ah, how calming and soothing are candles? Here I have Pumpkin by Yankee Candle. I don't know if its the warm glow of the flame, the orange color of the candle itself or the scent, but just having it on and seeing it is comforting. I love candles, and I definitely change them up with the seasons.
And my Iron & Wine vinyl. There's just something about it that I prefer over anything digital. Maybe cos the high treble hurts my ears? I know I can adjust it, but with a vinyl I don't have to. I can just enjoy the quality. Perfect on a chilly day.
And last, but certainly not least, my tall socks. I think this is what I've been most excited for. An "acceptable" time to wear my tall socks! Sometimes pants aren't the most comfortable, but I'm also cold. So all I have to do is throw on a pair of socks and I'm good to go. And, if you're like me and feel like you never have time to do anything, if you don't shave your legs know one will know. ;) I 100% encourage laziness during this season! Cos why not? It seriously feels like the only season you can just lie around and enjoy it.

I'm so so excited to see the leaves change colors in our new neighborhood. It's going to be beautiful. Hopefully I'll be able to get a few pictures of Olivia in the leaves! Hope you're enjoying the month of October as much as we are. Expect plenty more fall related posts.
