Hope you guys had a good weekend! I'm finishing up this MMH on a Saturday actually, I just got done watching a little benefit show that I took some terrible photos at (I'll post those later) so I'm trying to make sure I get this done quickly cos I just want to relax the rest of the weekend!

When I first saw that these were back in style I was like PLS NO, but I think its just cos the outfit they were paired with did not work at all, for me anyways. I'm coming around to them now and wouldn't mind a black or lilac color.

This beanie is just toooo dang cool and I would absolutely wear it even during the summer. Jk, have you ever been in Texas during the summer?

I don't really go swimming much, but if I did, I'd be trying to get my hands on one of these.

One of my very first blog posts was actually about me wanting an Instax Mini 8 and that was over 2 years ago haha, one day I will have one though!

Monday Must Haves #17

Hey guys! Hope you've had a good weekend! It's currently Sunday night/Monday morning right now-we're spending the weekend in Dallas. So I am updating from a hotel! Why is it that hotel beds are so much more comfy than our beds at home? Anyways, can't wait to share a few photos from this weekend, here's MMH for now!

Monday Must Haves #16

SO, last week I turned 21! Ordered my very first legal drink yesterday and actually took a very last minute trip to Shreveport to go to the casinos! I had a very eventful week/weekend and I hope you did as well!


I've been using color film since that's all we have in the stores in Tyler, I'd love to get my hands on some black & white.

I will eventually own a million terrariums. :-)

Monday Must Haves #13

It felt like last week was the longest week ever. I actually called in sick to go to an estate sale with Chrysta-I got a french press but I'll be using it as a milk frother. After that we went to Chuys and took the girls on a baby date. I went home to clean then headed to my hair appointment. As for the rest of the week, it just feels like a big headache. Olivia has been on and off with a fever and I'm not 100% sure what's causing it. Anyways, here is Monday Must Haves to start off a better week! (As if last week was that bad)


I've been breaking out like I just hit puberty and I've heard that this works wonders.

I am really into learning about different cameras, how cool would it be to be able to make sure you got a good shot before developing?

I feel like everyone has their *thing* when it comes to makeup; mascara, eyeliner, blush. Mine is lipstick. It's one of my favorite parts of doing my makeup. And I've had my eye on this one since it came out.

I actually just started this! I have been trying to get back into reading more and this book looks sooo good. Its like #6 for best Japanese books on goodreads.

I have been lusting after a cute bar cart. But I would use it more as a tea/coffee cart. I'm sure I have something around that I can repaint. ;)

I think I've nearly every style of Vans besides these. Ahh they'd look so cute with some shorts and a crop.

Its hard not to show planters, its probably one of the things I look at most on the internet.

I mentioned my hair appointment earlier, well all I got was a cut but the girl that did it (her name is Kate) used this wax spray and dhfdsjfsdk, I really really want to purchase this. <3_<3

My friend Colleen actually sent me this top and I thought it was hilarious. We have a pretty similar outlook when it comes to making new friends; we don't really need any hahah. Luckily we made an exception for each others cos we ended up being pretty compatible.

Monday Must Haves #12

I was so excited about MMH that I literally started adding things by Tuesday. I know to some people this is super unnecessary, but I get such positive feedback and I think it almost helps you get to know me. Or what I like/want anyways. AND some people have even bought some of the things I've shown on here! So that's always super cool. 

Jose and I have been talking about giving our sectional to his parents and getting different furniture that fits better in our livingroom. I would love to have my own armchair. 

I know this is incredibly nerdy. I almost bought a taller version of this but I couldn't bring myself to do it. This one is much more doable though. >:)

Guys, this would go perfect on my bookshelf. <3__<3

Being from New Mexico, hearing stories about Roswell was like hearing nursery rhymes.

I could totally see myself drinking hot chocolate out of this with whipped cream. 

I know this says butter warmer, but c'mon, I would totally use it to warm milk for my tea. 

It's funny that I posted the AE-1 cos the day I was browsing the web for an SLR, I ended up buying the canon AV-1, but it doesn't seem like those are as common as the AE-1 so I'll just keep this one up here.

A nice little reminder for the home.

I want so badly to buy plants for the house and redecorate everything, but I would definitely have to buy fake plants. My name is Bree, and I'm a plant killer.

I have this problem where I obsess over new things, so when I discovered Descendents, they were all I listened to for months. Jose hates that I do that, but I ended up learning most songs and lyrics, the only bad thing is I associate certain artists with whatever time period I'm in. So this reminds me of living in our apartment and being broke all the time haha. No matter how little we had, we were still so happy though.
