It's a weekend of many first's for Liv. On Saturday we took her to Holiday In The Park at Six Flags. Jose's parents take the kids every single year, so this year we got to take our kid! Don't worry, it wasn't that cold, and we bundled her up so well I'm pretty sure she sweat a little haha.
Here are a few photos from Livi's trip to Six Flags.

Jose's mom and brother tending to our sweet angel

So we ended up having to buy her a new beanie cos we forgot to grab one before we left the hotel and I thought this one was incredibly cute and matched her little jumper.

I can't get over these photos of Jose and Olivia watching someone perform Christmas jingles.

I wanna say she enjoyed the merry-go-round, but she didn't really give a reaction like I was hoping haha, I think it made her a bit dizzy
Her first churro!
I think this may have been her favorite, she tried hot chocolate for the first time.
Between the warm hot chocolate in her belly and being bundled up, this put her to sleep so quickly.
Luckily she woke up just in time to see the lights before we left. I can't wait to take her every year. It's such a cute tradition. Do you have any family traditions during the holidays?

Christmas tag!

So I stole this tag from Elegant Chances cos I loved her answers and wanted to give you guys my answers and encourage someone else to also do this tag!

1. Do you like to stay in your PJ’s, or dress up for Christmas?
Pj's! The last thing I want to do is dress up after spending who knows how long just stressing about this holiday.

2. If you could only buy one person a present this year, who would it be?
My daughter, and I would get her a gift card and then use that to buy more gifts. >:)

3. Do you open your presents Christmas Eve or Christmas morning?
Both! We open a few Christmas Eve and then open the rest Christmas morning.

4. Have you ever built a Gingerbread house?
I honestly don't think I have, unless I just can't remember.

5. What do you like to do on your Christmas break?
Well, the last time I got a break for Christmas was when I was in school. And I enjoyed being lazy.

6. What’s your favorite Christmas meal or treat?
Tamales!

7. What’s your favorite holiday movie?
Elf! Ahh I could watch it everyday in the month of December.

8. Candy Canes or Gingerbread Men?
Candy canes

9. Have you ever made a snowman?
Yes! I used to live in Wisconsin and it seemed like that was the only thing to do.

10. Which do you like better, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day?
Christmas EVE! Who wants to wait to celebrate?!

11. White lights, or colored lights?
White! I love the elegant look of them.

Hey guys!

It's been a while since I've just sat down and posted on here. Here's a slight update;
We're currently setting money aside for Christmas presents, slowly shopping here and there. And, shopping for Olivia's birthday party! Which will be here at the house in a few months. It's been pretty crazy. This is what Jose is getting me for Christmas:
You can get it here from Best Buy.
And to go along with it, he's also getting this
Which you can get here from Storenvy!
I'm so so excited to get it. I'll be able to take my own pictures whenever I want. And I finally get to learn how to take pictures haha. I should have it around the end of November. I'm holding out to see if they'll go down a bit on Black Friday or Cyber Monday. If not, I'll just drive over to Best Buy and pick one up.
OH, big news, I got contacts today! I was actually super scared to get them for a long time hahah. And I'm sure the girl helping me thought I was super weird cos I was like too scared to take them out and had her take them out of my eye hahah. But I'm so happy, I actually feel like doing my makeup now and putting effort into how I look. I usually take my glasses off when I take pictures anyways so if you don't know me in real life you probably don't realize that I wear my glasses 24/7. I'm still kinda dizzy since my eyes are still adjusting. But if they don't comfortably adjust by next Tuesday I'm gonna go ahead and see if I can get a different prescription or brand.
I hope you guys had a fun and safe Halloween. I stayed home with my husband, baby, and had a friend come over. Essentially, I did absolutely nothing. But it was nice. Everything has been incredibly hectic around here.
I feel like these next few months are gonna fly by. Or I hope. I'm ready to watch my baby girl open presents on Christmas morning. And then watch her open gifts on her birthday. The end of this year is going to be non-stop for us. But it's gonna be so nice when we're finally able to rest in February haha.
